We carry out warranty repairs on Pack Easy luggage and also check defective bags, suitcases and trolleys from other manufacturers to ensure they are suitable for repair. You decide whether you want to have your suitcases repaired or browse our range for new items of luggage. After each repair, the Kofferklinik provides an additional 6-month guarantee on the repaired parts.

Please pack your item of luggage in a cardboard box or wrap it in foil.
