Our suitcase doctors in Emmen are on hand for suitcase damage and luggage repairs of all kinds

We live sustainability - even beyond production and sales! We carry out warranty repairs on Pack Easy luggage and also check defective bags, suitcases and trolleys from other manufacturers to ensure they are suitable for repair. You decide whether you want to have your suitcases repaired or browse our range for new items of luggage. After each repair, the Kofferklinik provides an additional 6-month guarantee on the repaired parts.

Can I have my suitcase repaired even if the defect is not covered by the warranty?

Yes, you can still have the case repaired. The repair is subject to a charge.

How much does a repair cost?

Repair costs are made up of the material costs, the work involved and the shipping fee (the case can optionally be collected from Emmen). An additional flat rate of CHF 30.00 is charged for third-party brands (more difficult inventory & additional research). Below are some examples of repair prices.

Roll
Replacement of a roll incl. material and return shipment of the luggage to a Swiss address (no PO box):

Handle
Replacement of a handle incl. material and return shipment of the item of luggage to an address in Switzerland:
CHF 40.00

Pull rod
Replacement of a pull rod incl. material and return shipment of the item of luggage to an address in Switzerland: CHF 65.00

Lock
Replacement of the TSA lock incl. material and return shipment of the item of luggage to an address in Switzerland:

How do I send my baggage for repair?

Please pack your baggage in a cardboard box or wrap it in foil.

You can reorder spare parts. Please tell us exactly which spare part you need.
You will find the product information on your warranty card or in the product itself (the serial numbers are located under the inner lining). (no P.O. Box address)
