If the suitcase isn't quite right for you, you can send it back to us in its original packaging.
Once we have received the goods, we will refund the full purchase price via the same payment method you used when making the purchase.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Personalised products and Swiss-made custom-made items are excluded from returns.
Information on Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract/purchase within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.As a general rule, this right applies to all goods, except for goods that have been manufactured according to your specifications or are clearly tailored to your personal needs.
The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.
In the case of a purchase involving multiple goods ordered in a single order but delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the last item.
In the case of a contract/purchase involving the delivery of goods in several partial shipments or pieces, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the final partial shipment or piece.
In the case of a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a specified period of time, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the first item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear written statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax, or e-mail). Any notice of withdrawal should be addressed to:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract/purchase, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract/purchase. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
Unless the withdrawal is due to an error on the part of PACK EASY AG (e.g. incorrect delivery), the return of the goods and any associated costs shall be the responsibility of the customer.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
