Information on exercising the right of withdrawal.

You have the right to cancel this contract/purchase within fourteen days without giving any reason. In principle, you have this right for all goods, but not for goods which are/were manufactured according to your customer specifications or are clearly tailored to your personal needs.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

In the case of a purchase of several goods which you have ordered as part of a single order and which are delivered separately, the period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

In the case of a contract/purchase for the delivery of goods in several partial shipments or pieces, the period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece.

In the case of a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a fixed period, the period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the first goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us in writing by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Please address any revocation to:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract/purchase, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract/purchase. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

If the revocation is not due to a fault of PACK EASY AG (incorrect delivery), the customer is responsible for the return of the goods and any costs incurred as a result.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check their condition, properties and functionality.

How much does a repair cost?

Repair costs are made up of the material costs, the work involved and the shipping fee (the case can also be collected from Emmen as an option). An additional flat rate of CHF 30.00 is charged for third-party brands (more difficult inventory & additional research). Below are some examples of repair prices.

Replacement of a roll incl. material and return shipment of the luggage to a Swiss address (no PO box):

Do you also process express shipments?

No, as we generally guarantee delivery on the next working day, provided the order is received by 12.00 noon, there is no option for even faster delivery.

Can I order spare parts?

You can reorder spare parts. Please tell us exactly which spare part you need.
