We live sustainability, even beyond production and sales! Our experts carry out warranty repairs on Pack Easy luggage. We also check and repair defective bags, suitcases and trolleys from other manufacturers. You decide whether you want to have your suitcase repaired or browse our range for new luggage. Every repaired suitcase comes with an additional 6-month guarantee on the repair(s) carried out. We also offer a suitcase check with comprehensive SPA services for your next vacation trip.

Pack Easy warranty

Our warranty covers the repair or replacement of Pack Easy products that are recognized as defective by the technical experts. The services relate to defects in material and workmanship. We are not liable for transport damage (caused by third parties).

01 Inventory

02 Examination

Our experts will check the baggage. You will be contacted if you have any queries.

03 Repair or product replacement

Our experts will decide whether the case can be repaired with new original spare parts. If this is not possible, your product will be replaced free of charge. Your repair will be processed within 5 working days.

Flight damage

Was your baggage damaged during transportation by a third party? Report the damage to the relevant airline/transporting company immediately after arrival. If you have already left the airport when traveling by air, you can contact the airline by telephone or in writing within 7 working days* and report the transport damage. (*Details without guarantee)

Repair of all brands

We will do our best to repair your damaged luggage. Defective items of luggage of all brands are carefully checked to see if they can be repaired. You decide whether you want to have your suitcase repaired or browse our range for new items of luggage.

Is your suitcase ready to go?

We check your case for any damage. If necessary, we will carry out repairs using original spare parts from your suitcase brand and ensure that the product is thoroughly cleaned. So your faithful travel companion remains ready for use at all times.

The service fees correspond to the prices listed below, while the time required may vary depending on the type of repair. You have full control over which services you want us to carry out. Your suitcase will be returned to you within 5 working days and express services are available on request. For a comprehensive suitcase spa treatment we charge a flat rate of CHF 35.00 (excluding repairs).

What damage is covered by the Pack Easy warranty?

The warranty service relates to defects in material and workmanship. The warranty service covers the repair or replacement of products that are recognized as defective by the technical experts.

What do I have to do to submit a warranty claim?

Please complete the warranty claim form and upload the following documents:
- warranty card
- proof of purchase
- picture of the case or bag
- picture of the defect

Can I have my case repaired if the defect is not covered by the warranty?

Yes, you can still have the case repaired. The repair is subject to a charge.

How much does a repair cost?

Repair costs are made up of the material costs, the work involved and the shipping fee (optionally the case can also be collected in Emmen). An additional flat rate of CHF 30.00 is charged for third-party brands (more difficult inventory & additional research). Below are some examples of repair prices.

Roll
Replacement of a roll incl. material and return shipment of the luggage to a Swiss address (no PO box):

Replacement of the TSA lock
Replacement of the TSA lock incl. material and return shipment of the luggage to an address in Switzerland:

Suitcase SPA
Our suitcase SPA makes your luggage fit for travel in no time at all. We check your suitcase for any damage. If possible, we repair it with original spare parts from your suitcase brand and clean the product thoroughly. Your faithful travel companion will be ready for use again at any time.
CHF 35.00 without repairs.

How do I send my baggage for repair?

Please pack your baggage in a cardboard box or wrap it in foil.

  • Use household foil (biodegradable if possible)
  • Wrap the luggage including the handle and wheels
