Your unique one-of-a-kind piece will be lovingly handcrafted and then delivered to you as quickly as possible. We do not charge postage for deliveries within Switzerland, for the EU the costs are charged individually. We will contact you within 24 hours on working days to let you know the exact delivery date/postage costs. Thank you for your patience.

After your order, we will send you an e-mail with the payment details for the advance payment.
As soon as the amount has been transferred, your desired bag will be lovingly handcrafted in Ticino.
Return / exchange
Custom-made products and personalization are excluded from return or exchange.
