We wish you many unforgettable journeys with your luggage and are here to support you with our comprehensive warranty and repair service. 

Up to 6-year warranty

Our suitcases and luggage are made from high-quality materials and tested to high functional and technical standards.

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.
If a Pack Easy product is recognised as eligible for warranty cover, the costs of repair, replacement and shipping will be covered. 

Free warranty extension

Register your product and benefit from a free warranty extension for an additional year.

The following are excluded from the warranty:

• normal wear and tear
• accidental damage
• transport damage (please report this directly to the transort company)
• damage caused by extreme hear or cold
• damage caused by solvents, acids or improper handling
• damage caused by water ingress

Note: If luggage is being transported on a roof rack, we recommend using a water-repellent protective cover.
