What is better: hard shell or soft shell suitcase?
Whether you want to buy a suitcase for your next flight or a relaxed train journey.
Anyone who wants to buy the right suitcase should consider the type of travel.
Hard shell suitcases offer particularly high protection for air travel. Thanks to their sturdy, impact-resistant and water-resistant surface, they reliably protect the contents from damage. A hard shell suitcase is particularly recommended for frequent flyers and for transporting fragile items.
Soft shell suitcases made of textile material impress with their flexibility and low weight. They are ideal for car or train travel, as they are easier to store. They also score points with practical external pockets that provide quick access to travel documents or accessories.

Will my suitcase be delivered the next day?
Yes. The delivery time for your
suitcase
is a maximum of 2 working days. If you order a suitcase in our
online shop before 12 noon, we will ship your suitcase the same
day so that you will have it at home the next working day.
Delivery within Switzerland and Liechtenstein is free of charge.
Should you not be happy with the suitcase, you benefit from our
money-back guarantee and we will refund the purchase price
immediately after the return of the unused suitcase.

What can I do if my suitcase is broken?
At the Pack Easy Luggage Clinic we assess the damage professionally and repair your suitcase quickly and reliably.
Repair instead of replace Cost overview for suitcase repairs
Repair costs consist of spare parts costs, labour and shipping costs. Alternatively, you can also collect your suitcase directly in Emmen. For third-party brands there is an additional flat fee of CHF 30.00 (due to the complex inventory assessment and spare parts research).
Example prices for suitcase repairs (incl. return shipping within Switzerland): Whether a broken wheel, defective handle or broken lock, at the Pack Easy Luggage Clinic you can have your suitcase repaired professionally and continue to use it sustainably.

Of course, we can also send you the spare parts by post upon
request with payment in advance. On our
YouTube channel
you will find many helpful video tutorials on how spare parts
can be fitted yourself. Please note that the shipping fee is at
your expense.
