How to submit a repair request

Describe the fault with your luggage as accurately as possible.

2. Upload photos & documents (if available)

• warranty card (Pack Easy products)
• proof of purchase (Pack Easy products)
• Photos of the damage (product: front, damage)

3. Receive a response

Our team will review your request and get back to you within 2-3 working days.

4. Repair rather than replace

For the sake of the environment: Many types of damage can be repaired sustainably, so there's no need to buy a new item. Our experts assess each case individually and find the best and most durable solution for your luggage.  

5. DIY repair

You can easily repair many Pack Easy products yourself. Simply let us know which spare part you need, and we'll sebd ut straight to your home.
