Within Switzerland and Liechtenstein, you benefit from free delivery - with no minimum order value.
Delivery times
Standard products
Items in stock are usually dispatched within 2 working days
Delivery takes place:
- within Switzerland & Liechtenstein: approx 48 hours
- internationally: up to 10 working days
Swiss Made products
Swiss Made products not held in stock are made individually for you. In this case, the delivery time is approx. 4-5 weeks. Please note that these custom-made products cannot be returned. Available Swiss Made items are ready for immediate dispatch and will arrive within the standard delivery time of 48 hours.
Shipping partner
For deliveries within Switzerland, we work with our logistics partner Planzer.
At checkout, you can choose between:
- Delivery requiring a signature
- Delivery with leave-behind authorisation
Please note: If leave-behind authorisation is granted, Pack Easy accepts no liability once delivery has been made.
International deliveries (EU)
Shipping costs apply for deliveries to the EU

Further Information
- Delivery dates are only binding if they have been expressly confirmed in writing
- In the event of unforeseeable delays due to force majeure, production bottlenecks or official measures, delivery times will be extended accordingly.
- Deliveries to PO box, APO or FPO addresses are not permitted.
- Saturday deliveries cannot be guaranteed.
- If you have chose personal delivery agains signature and are not at the delivery address, delivery wil not be possible. The parcel service will contact you directly to arrange a new delivery date.
Returns
New goods may be returned within 14 days.
