5 years guarantee: products from PACK EASY are manufactured from high-quality materials and according to high functional and technical standards. The guarantee refers to material and production errors. The guarantee covers the repair or the replacement of products that are recognised as defective by
PACK EASY.
The following damages are excluded: accidental damage or normal wear and tear (for damages resulting from transportation, please contact the transport company), damages through the direct influence of extreme cold and heat sources, solvents, acids, improper handling or water penetration. (In the event that the luggage is transported on a roof rack a water repellent cover is recommended).

In the event of defect, please contact the sales outlet together with the product and this certificate of guarantee.
